Rooms for hire at MDDA
Our Portland Street offices now have modern, accessible and internet ready meeting rooms for hire.
Consisting of three individual, contemporary styled suites – two of which can be combined – the space is ideally situated in Central Manchester, with full disabled access, air conditioning and free high-speed wireless internet access throughout. Other technology needs can be catered for by request.

| Three | Provides the perfect space for meetings, workshops and presentations. Complementary technology including digital projector is available. Rates from £190 for a full day or £110 for a half day. |

| Four | Combines Suites Two and Three together to make this spacious, versatile room an excellent choice for your conference, reception, corporate event or product launch. Featuring the latest technology from Suite Two as standard. Rates from £375 for a full day or £245 for a half day. |

All suites have direct access to a modern foyer area with seating and a refreshment area, ideal for serving breakfast or lunch to delegates or as an informal breakout area.
Notes on Room Charges
- Prices effective from 1st June 2008
- Prices subject to VAT
- Bookings from 08:30 to 12:30 or from 13:00 to 17:00 are classed as half day
- Evening bookings (17:30 to 21:00) are charged at the half day rate plus 25%
- Bookings over four hours are classed as a full day

Refreshments and Catering
MDDA provide tea, coffee and biscuits for delegates at a cost of £1.50 per person, per half day session.
Though MDDA does not provide catering, we can provide details of caterers on request.
