Situated in the heart of Manchester, MDDA’s modern, flexible and accessible meeting spaces are available for groups of up to sixty delegates. Consisting of three individual contemporary styled suites – two of which can be combined – the space has full disabled access, air conditioning and free high speed wireless internet access throughout.

Ideal for meetings, receptions, corporate events or seminars, the rooms open up on to a café-style foyer area that can be used for serving refreshments and informal workshops.

Technology

MDDA offers you the latest technology to enhance and support your event. Wireless internet access is available throughout the rooms together with an audio lectern and laptop, remote microphone, a high definition 40 inch plasma screen and digital data projection facilities.

AV conferencing, audience response voting kit, additional laptops and digital cameras are also available for hire.

Technical assistance is on hand for the initial set up and support during the day, leaving you stress free.

Refreshments and Catering

Relax in our contemporary, café-style foyer area and enjoy our range of Fairtrade tea, coffee, biscuits and water during breakout sessions. Unlimited refreshments are on offer from £1.75 per head for a half-day and £3.25 for a full day.

You are welcome to make arrangements with a caterer of your choice for your event – a list of local caterers is available on request. The café-style foyer is the perfect place for you to enjoy breakfast or lunch and to catch up with associates during mid-session breaks.
