Digital Heros Wanted

Launched this week, the TalkTalk Digital Heroes Awards are for individuals who are doing outstanding work using digital technology to bring about positive social change and improve the lives of people in their local communities.  There will be 12 regional winners from across the UK who will receive cash grants of £5,000 each to fund digital projects – as well as getting free broadband to help them make the most of the internet. From these, one overall winner will be chosen to receive £10,000 plus free broadban. You can even nominate yourself! Closing date is 11th September 09.
